Returns Policy

Returns/Exchanges will be accepted on products within fourteen (14) days after shipment delivery date.  All returns after this date must be handled with the product manufacturer.

 

If you recieve a defective product, you must use the RMA Request Form to request an RMA within fourteen (14) days of delivery.  Please provide a description of the defect or malfunction. Be sure to include the name that the product was purchased under, the brand and model of the product, and your contact telephone number.  Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.

 

All non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be returned within fourteen (14) days of shipment delivery.

 

Products must be received in new condition, with all accessories (ie. earloops, chargers, manuals, earbuds) as determined by Headset Brothers, Inc returns department.  Shipping is paid by the customer on all non-defective returns.  Any discrepancies may result in partial forfeiture or complete denial of return, as determined by Headset Brothers, Inc.

 

RMA numbers expire 21 days after the issue date. Returns that are not recieved by our warehouse before this expiration date will be void.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Headset Brothers, Inc product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Headset Brothers, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Headset Brothers, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Headset Brothers, Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
